What are credits worth?
Change Request

Any changes made to an asset will cost 1 credit per asset for both video and static content.
Static

Static (including Staticmation) content costs 1 credit per asset in an order.
Video

Video content costs 2 credits per video in an order.
Common Questions
Who makes the content?
We have a team of creatives who process every content request. This means every piece of content from VidPlate is still handcrafted and checked by a designer.
We want more of a certain type of template in the VidPlate library
Our creative collective is briefed to create templates each month. If you would like more templates in a certain style, please get in touch with the VidPlate team.
Where do I find all our payment details?
If you go to Admin and select Subscriptions, you can access our Stripe payment system. From there, you can update payment details, manage your plan, and download invoices for any payments made.
We need images and videos to use in our content
VidPlate currently does not offer any stock assets, so users are responsible for generating the content used in their projects.
What happens if I make a mistake during the order process?
Our creative automation systems pull in information from your order, so while we do our best to check for errors, users are solely responsible for the content they request.
What if there is a design error with our completed VidPlate?
If there is a visual error with your content (for example, glitches or design issues), we will correct the issue as long as it does not deviate from the original VidPlate template.
Do credits role over into the next month?
No, but any credits purchased from a pack will stay on your account forever and remain separate to your monthly credits. Subscription credits will always be used first before credit pack credits.
Can we purchase custom VidPlates?
Yes, monthly subscription tiers can purchase custom VidPlates that will only be available on your account. To get started, please contact a member of the VidPlate team.
What payment options are there?
We accept most major payment cards or can facilitate invoice payments if needed. All Payments are processed through Stripe.
Can we upgrade our subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade your subscription part way through the contract.
There isn't a tier that works for me?
Get in touch; our team can learn more about your needs and come up with a bespoke package.
What if we run out of credits?
If you need more credits during your subscription, you can upgrade your package or you can purchase an additional credit pack.
