What are credits worth?
Video
Video content costs 2 credits per video in an order.
Static
Static (including Staticmation) content costs 1 credit per asset in an order.
Change Request
Any changes made to an asset will cost 1 credit per asset for both video and static content.
FAQ
Do credits role over into the next month?
Your credits will be reset to your monthly allowance on the 1st of every month.
Can credits be used for custom VidPlates?
No, additional custom VidPlates can be created on request and will be invoiced separately. Alternatively, you can purchase custom VidPlates and have them created when you need them.
What payment options are there?
You can pay for your annual subscription via invoice in either 3-month, 6-month, or full 12-month payments.
Can we upgrade our subscription?
Yes, we can upgrade your subscription part way through the contract.
There isn't a tier that works for me?

What if we run out of credits?
