Vidplate Terms of Use 

1. Introduction 

1. These terms of use govern your access to and use of the Vidplate (the “Platform”) provided by Howson Digital Limited (the “Supplier”). 

2. Access to the Platform is provided by your employer or contractor (the “Organisation”). 

3. By accessing the platform you agree to the following terms. 

2. Acceptable use 

1. You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only and you may not use the platform: 

1. to process, send or store material which is harassing, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful. 

2. to interfere with the normal operation of the Platform; 

3. to impersonate any person or entity, or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. 

4. to modify, adapt, translate, or develop derivative works based on the Platform or to build similar or competing products.  

5. in any way that violates any applicable law or regulations. 

3. Orders 

1. You may place orders for creative services via the Platform by redeeming the credits allocated to your Organisation. The amount of credits needed for each order varies by order type. 

2. When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring: 

1. you have authority to place an order; 

2. the order details are accurate and free of errors;  

3. you upload the correct assets to the order; and  

4. you have the right to use any content uploaded to the Platform. 

3. Once submitted, all orders are final and no changes may be made to the order once processing has started. 

4. Supplier accepts no responsibility for any mistakes you make when creating an order, including but not limited to spelling errors, incorrect file uploads or erroneous formatting requests.  
    

4. Miscellaneous 

1. Supplier may terminate your access to the Platform at any time. 

2. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 

3. Supplier may make changes to these Terms at any time. 

5. Data Protection 

1. Supplier may collect data relating to your use of the Platform. For more details, please see: https://vidplate.com/privacy.
